White Wedding

This modern and unique white wedding reflects the personal style of the bride and groom.White is the colour of wholeness and completion. It awakens openness, growth and creativity. The clean lines and minimalist look of a white wedding kept the photos clean and kept the focus on the bride and groom, not the colourful attire of the wedding guests. When both the guests and bride and groom are all in the same colour, it creates balance and equality throughout the day.

Pool Party

One of Lisa and Nathan’s favourite parts of the evening was the impromptu pool party- everyone jumped in, with their clothes on, and kept the dancing going in the pool for the rest of the night. The evening was complete with a surprise  fireworks show from the Bride and Groom.

Vendors

I was lucky enough to work with some of the same vendors as my previous wedding at this resort and met some awesome new ones. I bonded immediately with Aurielle from Wrapped in Blue, a cinematic videography company. We quickly realized we were staying at the same resort on the island and had breakfast together the next day, then breakfast the day after in St Maarten… and then one last drink together before heading out back to Canada. It’s so nice to work with someone you have a bond with and understand each others needs. Throughout the wedding day we were communicating together to ensure each other had the shots they needed.
