I remember the first time I met Jillian for coffee to go over wedding packages and pricing. She has such a charming personality and cute wedding ideas, I am so excited to work with and shoot her on her big day! Jillian and Jordan’s engagement session took place at her grandmothers farm, right before sunset, the perfect time for engagement photos! I’ll try to explain how much I love sunset engagement sessions.  The hour before sunset, and the 20 minutes after is the absolute best time to take wedding photos and engagement photos. The light is diluted and soft, there are no hash shadows and the sunset makes for a perfect background. Of course, this would have all changed if it had been cloudy… we really lucked out with the weather, I think it rained in Sudbury almost every weekend this summer.
Jillian’s grandmother’s house is located just outside of Sudbury on a beautiful acreage. Her grandmother has an admirable flower garden, giant swing set, romantic pond and flower filled fields… its a photographers dream location!
Jordan works as a linesmen and had some of his work gear with him to take some super cute photos! I love it when the couple add unique and personal details to their engagement session! T
